I understand that feeling in a very real way.
There was a season when my husband and I had to squat (live) with a stranger, then friends and then family because we couldn’t afford a place of our own.
Later that year, we got a place and still struggled so much that my husband ate chocolates for a week so that I could have the food we had left, because I was breastfeeding our six-month-old baby girl.
We finally reached the point where I had to email friends and family for help with rent, and that was one of the hardest moments of my adult life because it forced me to admit how financially stuck we were.
That night, something shifted for me.
I made a decision that I was going to become a millionaire, because I refused to allow this to be my family’s story. Not when I am a child of the most High God!! 👏🏾👏🏾
That decision changed the entire trajectory of our lives.
I hit that goal and became a millionaire within 3 years.
